Warranty Options:

We offer two levels of warranty coverage for our refinishing services:

1. 5-Year Warranty

• Duration: 5 years from the completion date of the refinishing service.

• Coverage: Protects against peeling, bubbling, or other defects resulting from improper adhesion or workmanship during the refinishing process.

2. 10-Year Extended Warranty (Optional Upgrade)

• Duration: 10 years from the completion date of the refinishing service.

• Coverage: Includes all benefits of the 5-year warranty, plus additional peace of mind for a longer duration.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., dropping heavy objects, using abrasive cleaners, or standing on the refinished surface).

• Failure due to water leaks, plumbing issues, or structural movement unrelated to the refinishing process.

• Stains, discoloration, or damage caused by the use of harsh chemicals such as bleach, drain cleaners, or abrasive scrub pads.

• Chips or scratches resulting from impact or improper maintenance.

Maintenance Requirements:

• Use only non-abrasive, mild cleaners to maintain the refinished surface.

• Avoid using bathmats with suction cups as they can cause damage to the coating.

• Follow all care instructions provided at the time of service to ensure the longevity of the finish.

Claim Process:

• Customers must notify us immediately upon noticing any issues covered under this warranty.

• We will inspect the refinished surface to determine if the issue falls under warranty coverage.

• Covered issues will be repaired at no additional cost within the warranty period.

Extended Warranty Option:

• The 10-Year Warranty can be added for an additional fee at the time of service.

Limitations of Liability:

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and location of service.

• Liability is limited to the cost of the refinishing service and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

Care Instructions:

To ensure your refinished surface remains in optimal condition:

• Use gentle, non-abrasive cleaners.

• Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects directly on the refinished surface.

• Prevent prolonged exposure to water sitting on the surface, which can weaken the coating over time.
